Semester Schedule:
February - March: 5-Day Cross-Country Skiing Adventure at Eldora Mountain
March - April: 5-Day Hiking Adventure across diverse Colorado terrain
April - May: 5-Day Rock Climbing Adventure on real Colorado rock faces
Locations & Logistics: Our adventure locations span from Eldora Mountain's snowy trails to Colorado's Front Range diverse hiking terrain and stunning rock climbing areas, all within an hour and a half of Denver. This variety ensures you experience the full spectrum of Colorado's outdoor offerings while building expertise in each discipline. Daily pickup and drop-off is at Sloans Lake in Denver for parent convenience throughout the entire semester.

Transportation - Round-trip from pickup site to all activity locations
Equipment & Gear - All specialized gear per individual (avg. $50 value per person per day)
Activity Fees - Park passes, parking fees, permits, and land use fees

All you need to bring are personal items like water, snacks, and appropriate clothing!
Important Transportation Notes
- Arrive between 8:30-8:45 AM for check-in
- Departure is promptly at 8:45 AM - late arrivals may miss the trip
- Same location for pickup and drop-off
- Parents must be present for both pickup and drop-off
- Bring a labeled lunch and water bottle for the day

If you wish to volunteer, if the option is available, please select the day and activity and wait to be contacted with further instructions. You must pass a background check. Additional information will be provided.

Partial Refund (50%)
- 15+ days before program start: 50% refund of program fee
- Medical emergencies: 50% refund with doctor's note

Weather Cancellations by XP Adventure
- Severe weather: Program for the day may be cancelled if programming cannot be safely conducted
- Notification: Participants notified by 7:00 AM on program day
- Minor delays: Programs may start late or end early with alternative activities
- Activity changes: Activities may be modified or substituted based on weather conditions for safety
